At SwitchKeys, we want to ensure your mechanical keyboard experience is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built keyboards and lubricated switches are final sale due to their bespoke nature.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all keycap pullers, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
